Three Utica Police Officers Honored

Utica, NY (WIBX)- Utica Post 229 American Legion honored three Utica Police officers during their annual Law and Order Awards Ceremony on Thursday night.

George DeAngelo and Mark Rahn were named Officers of the Year.

The pair took a homicide suspect into custody shortly after the shooting last year.

An Award of Commendation went to Sgt. Anthony Martino for integrating computers into law local law enforcement and for his work in helping to catch child predators.
