Former Utica Mayor and Independence Party Committee Member Tim Julian spoke on First News with Keeler in the Morning on Monday to set the record straight over endorsement issues in the party.

Julian, who says he served as the City Chair and the Executive Secretary for the County party, turned in paperwork to 'authorize' Frank Meola and Jack Lomedico to be placed on the Independence line.  That 'authorization' was ruled invalid by a State Supreme Court Judge on Thursday.  Additionally, Julian was ousted as County Party Secretary by the Executive Committee, a move that he says they actually can't do.

Earlier on Monday, Independence Committee member John Adams spoke on behalf of the party.  Read the story and listen to audio.
