Another one of the fugitives on Oneida County's Top Ten Most Wanted list has been taken into custody.

Abdul Hancock surrendered to the Utica Police Department on Wednesday after being out of state for nearly two years.

He was wanted on a burglary charge.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office says tips from the public helped authorities determine Hancock had been back in the Utica area since June.

They say family members convinced him to surrender.

Hancock is the third fugitive taken into custody since the top ten list was released in November.
