Top Ten Oneida County Fugitive Captured

Another one of Oneida County's Ten Most Wanted fugitives is behind bars.

The Oneida Sheriff's Office says Edward Beauvais, who was number one on the list, was wanted for being a sex offender and failing to notify change of address.

Beauvais was taken into custody following an anonymous tip from the public.

He was sent to the County jail without bail.

The Sheriff's Office released its Ten Most Wanted list last week.

As the list was being put together, another wanted fugitive was arrested.
