Toronto Mayor Rob Ford appeared on the Today Show Tuesday morning in an exclusive interview with Matt Lauer.

Lauer asked Ford if he would be prepared if there was a terrorist attack in the middle of the night, and he was under the influence. The Mayor said he was prepared and then he turned the tables on the Today Show host and asked if he would be prepared if his daughter was in a car accident and he was drunk.

The disgraced Canadian Mayor had his mayoral powers greatly reduced following a majority vote of city council members on Monday. The council voted to aggressively limit the Mayor's ability to conduct business on behalf of Canada's largest city.
