Utica, NY (WIBX) - Two people are under arrest following an alleged incident with a tow truck driver on Brayton Park Place in Utica.

According to the Utica Police Department, the driver had come to repossess a vehicle at the residence. He attempted to find the owners of the car, but could not find them.

Once the car was loaded, Danielle Gary, 22, came out and began to yell at the driver. She then climbed on top of the lift and refused to move.

Police say Darnell Pete, 17, then threatened to shoot the driver before he grabbed a shovel and shattered the truck's windshield.

Gary and Pete are each charged with one felony count of criminal mischief. Gary is also charged with Obstructing Governmental Administration, a misdemeanor.
