Town Of Ava Man Arrested Following Dispute With Neighbor

A Town of Ava man has been arrested following a dispute with a neighbor on Webster Hill Road.

State Police say 21-year old Johnathan Nellenbach allegedly threatened the victim with an electric drill containing an inserted drill bit and tried to stab his numerous times.

Troopers say Nellenbach did make contact with the drill onto the victim's body one time, causing a minor puncture wound.

Nellenbach is charged with menacing and harassment.  He was arraigned in the Town of Annsville Court where he was released on his own recognizance and order of protection was issued.
