Traffic Advisory I-90 Interchange 31 UPDATE

Utica, NY (WIBX) - State Police are reportedly looking for the driver of a pickup truck who may have cut off a tractor trailer overnight.

The big rig overturned near Utica at Interchange 31 of the Thruway. Workers are now attempting to turn the tractor trailer back over.

One driving lane about four miles west of Interchange 31 off of I-90 is expected to remain closed. Traffic delays of about ten minutes are expected to continue although traffic is moving freely at this time.

UPDATE: 04/12/2012 2:19pm New York State Police are saying that recovery efforts are almost complete and the lane should be fully reopen by 3:00pm.
