Traffic Stop Leads To DWI Arrest In Utica

Police are charging a Utica woman with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop.

Utica Police say 50-year old Laura Logiudice was allegedly speeding and driving drunk after 11:30 Friday night, February 23, 2013 on Bleecker Street.  Officers had previously received a 911 call alerting them that someone in the area was driving while under the influence of alcohol.

Logiudice did submit to a chemical blood test.
