Traffic Stop Leads To Felony Arrest For Utica Man

A Utica man is in jail following a traffic stop along the New York State Thruway in the town of Rotterdam.

Zachary Jordan, 20, was stopped Monday just before noon for having tinted windows, but was later found to have 26 active suspensions in various jurisdictions throughout the state.

Jordan was arrested and charged with one felony count of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, then sent to Schenectady County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bond or $7,500 bail.
