Traffic Stop Leads To Fugitive From Justice Arrest

A traffic stop in the town of Boonville resulted in the arrest of a Kunkletown, New York man.

State Police say they stopped a vehicle driven by Jason Kessler, 36, vehicle along Route 12 for an equipment violation.

When troopers checked his file, they learned he was wanted in Pennsylvania for a parole violation.

Kessler was arrested as a fugitive of justice and is awaiting extradition.
