Travel Advisory For Utica, Friday 10/3

The State DOT says Warren Street between the North-South Arterial and Lincoln Avenue in Utica will be closed permanently to traffic starting tomorrow morning at 7:00.

Motorists wanting to access Routes 5,8 &12 south are advised to use the signed detour on Lincoln Ave to the Burrstone Road interchange.

The DOT says while vehicular traffic will no longer be permitted, pedestrian traffic will remain until the pedestrian bridge is opened.

The work is part of the North South Arterial project.
