Travel Advisory for Utica November 10, 2014

Drivers using Route 12 (the "Arterial") should be aware of the following traffic advisories beginning today.  Signed detours will be in place.

Beginning at 8:30 this morning until the end of the business day intersections at State Route 12 and Oswego and Noyes Streets will be closed for paving and pouring operations.

Work will start on the west side of Oswego Street.

East and west sections of the roads will be closed at alternating times throughout the day.

In addition, from today until November 21, 2014 Court Street from State to Lincoln will be closed to all traffic.

Lincoln Avenue from Roberts Street to Court will only be accessible to local traffic and by those doing business at Mill Square.
