Travel Advisory Issued For North South Arterial

Here's a Travel Advisory from the New York State Department of Transportation for the North-South Arterial.

Motorists traveling on Route 5/8/12 north and southbound will encounter lane closures between Noyes Street and the Pedestrian Bridge starting today.

The lane closures are necessary due to the reconstruction of the center island.

The closures will be in place 24/7 through Monday, August 14th.

The DOT says motorists can expect major delays during peak travel times.
