Trebilcock In Court

Sherrill, NY (WIBX) - The man accused of killing six-year-old Lauren Belius was in court today. David Trebilcok faces a second degree murder charge for stabbing Belius to death in their Sherril home.

Trebilcock's attorney asked the court for a mental exam for his client after the accusesd reportedly said that 'Jesus made him do it.'

Trebilcock remains in jail without bail. He's due back in court August 24th.
