Trooper Injured In Collision With Dump Truck In Lee

A state trooper was injured after hitting a dump truck in Lee.

It happened off of Harris Road when, after stopping at a stop sign, the trooper drove into the intersection and hit the Town of Lee Highway Department dump truck driven by Robert Urtz of Taberg.  Limited visibility is said to have been a factor in the crash.

Trooper Shane Peters was treated for minor injuries.  Mr. Urtz was not injured. State Police say they are still investigating.
