The pastry chefs at the Turning Stone Resort and Casino are back again this year with their 2015 Holiday Gingerbread Village.  More than a dozen holiday scenes created as a consumable construction, even though they're not really meant to be eaten.

"We had a pretty large team of pastry chefs work on it," said Joel Barkin, Communications Director at the Oneida Nation.  "This year they really outdid themselves. It's a sight to behold. There's churches, there's train stations...it's impressive."

The Gingerbread village is located near the Tower entrance at the Turning Stone resort in Verona.
