A Utica man was arrested after a Utica Police officer saw him riding a bicycle with a flat screen TV propped up on the handlebars.

Police say 24-year old Jean Nievers-Molina Carlos was also in possession of several sets of commemorative coins, as well as other property.

While being questioned at UPD headquarters, a resident of Ferris Avenue called police to report his home had been burglarized.

Police say Carlos was also in possession of other items that were allegedly taken from the home, including jewelry and a DVD player.

He was charged with burglary and grand larceny.
