TWC Expanding Data Center, Adding Jobs

Salina, NY (WIBX) - Time Warner Cable is staying in Salina, New York. That's the news coming from Senator Chuck Schumer, (D-NY) who says the company is also expanding its new Data Center and adding jobs.

Calling it incredible news, Schumer says he made the request of the cable giant to expand operation back in April after its $230 million purchase of NaviSite, Inc., a web-hosting computer services company. The senator said the company will add about 20 high-tech jobs and make the Salina office a research and development hub.
