Two Arrested After Breaking Into Vacant Home In Marcy

Town of Marcy, NY (WIBX) - Earlier today, two people were arrested for allegedly breaking into a vacant home in Marcy. State police responded to the call of a burglary in process on Columbus Street and found the two suspects in the home.
The suspects, 22-year-old Artem Kozakevich and 18-year-old Taylor Linebeck, both of Marcy, are charged with Criminal Trespass and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Kozakevich is facing an additional charge of, Unlawfully Dealing with a Child in the 1st degree, for providing alcohol to a minor. They were issued appearance tickets to answer the charges at a later date in the Town of Marcy Court.
