Two Arrested Following Allege Crime Spree In Waterville

Herkimer County, NY (WIBX) - The Oneida County Sheriff's Office is reporting the arrest of two suspects, following the conclusion of an investigation into a crime-spree, at the School House Apartments in the Village of Waterville. Officials charged 18-year-old Michael Simpson of Sangerfield, and 19-year-old Michael Frazier of Waterville with felony burglary and criminal mischief. Additional charges are pending.

The men are accused of stealing bicycles, and damaging the walls, windows and lights of the Apartment building with a BB gun. Simpson and Frazier were arraigned in the Village of New York Mills and taken to Oneida County Jail with bail set at $20,000. Officials were able to recover the stolen bicycles and return them to their owners.
