Whitesboro, NY (WIBX) - An investigation by State Police and the Whitesboro Police Department has led to the arrests of two Whitesboro men on arson and burglary charges.

Police say 28-year old Jason Mosher was charged one count of arson for allegedly starting a fire inside a home on 162 Main Street in Whitesboro.

Mosher is also charged with burgalry for breaking into the Riverside Diner in Marcy, were he was employed.

Meanwhile, 19-year old James Jewett of Whitesboro was arrested and charged with two counts of burglary for allegedly breaking into homes at 162 Main Street and 6 Park Avenue in Whitesboro.

The investigation is continuing.
