A Town of Florence man has been arrested following an investigation by the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center.

49-year old Bill Leyva is charged with criminal sexual act for alleged incidents involving a boy under 15 years old in the Town of Florence in August.

A stay away order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.  The victim has been offered services through the Child Advocacy Center.

Meanwhile, a Rome man has been arrested for alleged sexual encounters with two juvenile boys.

The Oneida County Child Advocacy Center has charged 27-year old Eric Green with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of sexual abuse.

The case has been referred to the District Attorney's Office for further investigation and additional charges may be filed.

Services were offered to both victims by the Child Advocacy Center.
