Two Arrests Made In Kennedy Plaza Gang Assault

Utica Police have made two more arrests in a gang assault case that happened on December 5 at Kennedy apartments.

UPD officers arrested 19 year old Lawrence Eaton of William Street and 18 year old DeQuan Gray of Kennedy apartments.

Both were charged with 1st degree gang assault, and police say the investigation is continuing.
