Two Car Accident On 840

A two car accident on State route 840 sent one person to the hospital for minor injuries. New Hartford Police say a vehicle driven by Thomas Williams, 40, of Whitesboro was hit from behind by another car driven by Claire Kowalczyk, 17,  of New Hartford. The collision sent Kowalczyk's car into the center median where it stopped causing several lanes of traffic to be shut down. A passenger in Kowalczyk's car was brought to a local hospital for minor injuries to her hand.
