Two Facing Drug Charges In Herkimer

A several month long investigation by Herkimer Police has led to drug charges against two Herkimer residents.

37-year old David Simmons and 37-year old Jessica Barretto are facing numerous charges, including criminal sale and criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Police say they seized an unspecified amount of narcotics. along with marijuana, drug packaging materials and a scale, after searching an apartment on North Main Street.
