Two Facing Drug Charges In Madison County

Two people are facing drug charges following a joint investigation by the Madison County Sheriff's Office and Cazenovia Police.

51-year old David Abbott and 54-year old June Withington of Erieville were arrested after police executed a search warrant at Abbott's home in the Town of Nelson.

Abbott was charged with criminal possession of marijuana and unlawful growing of marijuana.

Withington was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Two other men who were inside the home were searched and released.
