Two Facing Drug Charges In Utica

Two people were arrested on drug charges after Utica Police searched an apartment on the 100 block of Rutger Street.

54-year old Anthony Alston of Utica and 24-year old Kaela Amador of Herkimer are charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug paraphernalia.

Police say during the search they seized over a half-ounce of heroin and drug paraphernalia.
