A Utica man and woman are facing charges after allegedly pointing rifles at neighbors they were having an argument with.

Utica Police have arrested 19-year old Jashon Carter and 36-year old Tiffiny Wilson on charges including reckless endangerment, criminal possession of a weapon and menacing.

Police say other neighbors came out to try and help defuse the situation when they were physically attacked by Wilson.  The victims were able to get away from Carter and Wilson and reported hearing three gunshot as they were retreating.

Police say they recovered two 22 caliber rifles.

No injuries were reported.
