Two Females Arrested By Village Of Ilion Police
Ilion, NY (WIBX) - The Village of Ilion Police Department is reporting the arrest of two female suspects. According to the report, a 16 year old minor is facing a charge of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance after she allegedly sold her controlled substance medication at school during school hours today. The minor's name is being withheld due to her age.
Also, Police say 36 year Christine M. O'Donnell of Otsego street in Ilion was arrested on an active warrant issued by the Village of Ilion Court. Officials say the suspect is facing Endangering The Welfare of a Child charge. O'Donnell was arraigned in the Village of Ilion Court in front of Judge Norman and was released.
Officials say the anonymous minor suspect was arraigned in the Town of German Flats Court and taken to Herkimer County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash and $1000 bond. The suspect is scheduled to appear in the Village of Ilion Court on February 24, 2011 to answer the charge.
