Two former national security advisors will discuss current issues at Hamilton College in April.

Condoleeza Rice and Susan Rice will be at the Margaret Bundy Scott Field House on Wednesday, April 11th at 7:00.

The program combines the college's longtime Sacerdote Great Names Series with the new Common Ground Program.

Hamilton President David Wippman says the program responds to the sharp and escalating political polarization in the U.S and abroad.

“The goal for Common Ground is for the speakers, one a Democrat, the other a Republican, to model the kind of respectful dialogue across political boundaries that should occur not just on college campuses, but in the broader society as well,” Wippman said.

The program is free, but tickets will be required.

More information will be posted on the Hamilton website in mid-March.
