Two Men Charged With Stealing Cologne

New Hartford, NY (WIBX) – Two Utica men are facing charges for allegedly stealing cologne from the Kohl’s store in New Hartford.
New Hartford Police have charged 39-year old Andrew Frank and 38-year old Nathaniel Walker with petit larceny.
Police say an investigation found that Frank had also stolen over $700 worth of cologne from Ulta Beauty Supply in Consumer Square.
He’s facing an additional petit larceny charge.
