Two Men Facing Drug Charges

New Hartford, NY (WIBX) - A month-long investigation into the sale of crack cocaine in the Commercial District of New Hartford has led to the arrest of two Utica men.

The Oneida County Drug Task Force says 31-year old Phillip Savage and 36-year old Wiliam Mercado were arrested after both sold crack to an undercover officer.

Savage and Mercado were charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
