Two Pronounced Dead Following Seperate Motor Vehicle Accidents

Western, NY (WIBX) - A man is dead following a one car accident in the Town of Western. According to the Oneida County Sheriff's Office, 25-year old David Prosser was killed when the car he was driving went off the road a struck a telephone pole. The car flipped over several times, Prosser was ejected from the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The accident happened on Townline Road.

Another fatal accident to report this morning, the Oneida County Sheriff's Office also says that 41-year old Mary Dupont was killed when the truck she was driving went off the road on a curve and struck a tree. According the authorities, Dupont was pronounced dead at the scene, her two passangers were transported to Upstate Medical Center for non-life threatening injuries. The accident happened on Barrell Road in the Town of Florence.
