Two Rome Residents Facing Drug Charges

Two Rome residents are facing drug charges following an investigation by Rome Police and the Oneida County Sheriff's Office.

Kyle Moroughan and Krystal Hence are charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.  Other charges are pending.

Police searched a home on North Jay Street in Rome and allegedly found methamphetamine and heroin, packaged and ready for sale

Authorities say they also found meth manufacturing materials, along with cash.

Three children who lived in the home were released to family members and Child Protective Services Was Also Contacted
