Two Sherrill Residents Arrested After Search Warrant
Two Sherrill residents have been arrested after a search warrant from the Oneida County Sheriff was executed at their Sherrill Road apartment.
Police say a large amount of heroin was allegedly recovered from the apartment of Kenneth Smith Jr., and Ashley Kivler with an estimated street value of $1,500.
Both were charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance, while Smith was also charged with criminal use of drug paraphernalia .
The search warrant was a result of a three month long investigation into the sale and possession of heroin.
