The Oneida City Police have arrested two for alleged sexual exploitation of a minor.

After receiving a report of the incident, police and the Madison County Child Protective Service began an investigation. As a result, it was found that 27-year-old Mandy Pope and 28-year-old Aaron Winn were involved.

Pope is accused of using the victim to engage in a sexual performance with Winn for money. Both suspects are facing several felony and misdemeanor charges. The following is a list of all charges according to the Oneida City Police Facebook page.

Mandy Pope, 27, was charged with:
• Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance (class C Felony)
• Promoting Prostitution 3rd (class D Felony)
• Criminal Solicitation 4th (class A Misdemeanor)
• Criminal Facilitation 4th (class A Misdemeanor)
• Endangering the Welfare of a Child (class A Misdemeanor)
• Unlawfully Dealing with a Child 1st (class A Misdemeanor)
• Prostitution (class B Misdemeanor)

Aaron Winn, 28, was charged with:
• Criminal Sexual Act in the 3rd (class E Felony)
• Sexual Misconduct (class A Misdemeanor)
• Patronizing a Prostitute in the 3rd (class A Misdemeanor)
• Endangering the Welfare of a Child (class A Misdemeanor)
• Unlawfully Dealing with a Child 1st (class A Misdemeanor)

Both were arraigned and remanded to the Madison County Jail. Pope and Winn will appear in court at a later date.
