Two Teens Facing Sexual Assault Charges

The Oneida County Child Advocacy Center has arrested two teenagers on assorted sexual assault charges.

19-year old Marcus Rotondi of Blossvale is charged with Forcible Touching and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

The charges stem from an investigation into an alleged sexual assault that happened last week.

In a separate incident, 17-year old Timothy Luczynski was arrested and charged with Disseminating Indecent Material to a Minor, along with Sexual Misconduct and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Those charges stem from an alleged assault that occurred on Halloween.
