Two Utica Fires Intentionally Set

Utica, NY (WIBX) - The Utica Fire Marshal's Office says two recent fires in the city were intentionally set.

Lt. Robert Stephens says fires last week at 504 Second Street and 112 Wall Street have been ruled incendiary.

Both fires remain under investigation.

The fire on Second Street was the third at the structure in the past three years.

All three fires have been ruled incendiary.

Meanwhile, the cause of a June 26th fire at 1207 St. Vincent Street has been ruled accidental due to the discarding of smoking materials.
