Two Utica Men Facing Drug Charges

Two Utica men were arrested after police allegedly saw them conduct a drug transaction on Whitesboro Street.

Utica Police say officers stopped the men on York Street and found over 5 grams of heroin in their vehicle.

48-year old Orlando Cruz and 45-year old Hector Torres-Ortiz are both facing several counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
