Two Utica Residents Facing Drug Charges

Utica Police arrested two people on drug charges after executing a search warrant at 741 Lansing Street.

30-year old Robert Stephens, who is a New York State Parolee, is facing several charges, including criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of marijuana.

25-year old Takelya West was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Police say the seized heroin, marijuana, cocaine and drug paraphernalia during a search of the home.
