Two Utica Women Arrested In Prostitution Investigation

Two Utica woman have been arrested following an investigation into prostitution which was being advertised on a website called Backpage.com

Utica Police have charged 50-year old Melissa Cook and 26-year old Tiffany Guzman with prostitution.

Guzman is facing an additional charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance.

The UPD would like the public to know that websites like Backpage that are used for illegal activity are monitored and investigated.
