Two Utica women have been arrested following a joint investigation by the Oneida County District Attorney's Office and the County Department of Social Services.

Lacey DiCicco and Schrell Sanders are both charged with grand larceny and offering a false instrument for filing.

The DA's Office says DiCicco allegedly collected food stamp and temporary assistance benefits from the County and failed to report the people listed on her application did not all live with her.  Sanders is accused of failing to report additional income while collecting food stamp benefits.

DiCicco is accused of receiving nearly $5,000 in benefits she was not entitled to and Sanders almost $14,000.
