Despite falling to Germany 1-0, the U.S. Men's National Team will move on to the round of 16 in the 2014 World Cup.

Germany's only goal came in the second half as Thomas Muller scored on a rebound play off of U.S. Goalie Tim Howard's block of Per Mertesacker's header in the 55th minute.

The U.S. will advance to play the winner of Group H on Tuesday night at 4 p.m. thanks to Portugal's 2-1 win over Ghana.

Germany also advances to the round of 16 with the win.
