UC Football’s Spring “Blue And White” Game Friday Night

The Utica College football team is set to host its Spring game this Friday night at Charles A. Gaetano Stadium.   The "Blue and White" match-up is an inter-squad format to be played under the lights at Gaetano, kick off at 7pm.  Pioneer Football fans  are encouraged to come down to the Stadium for the game, plus the 12th man tailgate will be located in Parking Lot "A" extension.

The "Blue and White" game is not the only spring football for the Pioneers, the team is set to travel to Canada on May 21 to play an exhibition game against the Major Football League of Quebec's, Saguenay Mercenaries.    The game will be played under Canadian Football Rules.

After that it's summer break and the team will return to campus in August to get ready for the upcoming 2011 season.    The Pioneers will kick off the season on September 3rd on the road to St. Lawrence University.
