United Mine Workers 717 Will Back Richard Hanna For Congress

Congressman Richard Hanna is announcing a new supporter in his race for the 22nd Congressional District.

Hanna was at Remington Arms in Ilion to announce The United Mine Workers of America Local 717 have chosen to back him for his bid in the Congressional race.

Hanna said having the support of Remington Arms workers is important to him because he has worked hard in Congress to support the company over his tenure.

He added that he is working to repeal the New York Safe Act because he doesn't want to see Remington Arms have to leave Ilion or New York State.
