United Way Announces Campaign Goal

Utica, NY (WIBX) - The United Way of the Valley and Greater Utica Area kicked off its annual Fundraising Campaign last night.

This year's goal is $2.4 million.

A kick-off event was held at M &T Bank in Utica.

Pacesetter Campaign companies were also recognized last night for their role in "jump starting" the fundraising season through workplace campaigns.

The funds raised by the United Way support programs and services throughout Oneida and Herkimer Counties.
