UPD: 1 Suspect In Unprovoked Attack Apprehended, 2 Still Sought
Utica, NY (WIBX) - One of the three men accused of an unprovoked attack is under arrest, charged with 3rd Degree Assault. Last week, Utica Police asked the public for help locating the suspects who allegedly jumped the victim as he was crossing the 1500 block of Genesee Street.
Officials say the victim identified, 18-year-old Raheem Thompson, of Noyes Street, as one of his attackers. According to police, Thompson had an earlier altercation with the victim. The two other suspects are still being sought by UPD.
