UPD Arrest Man Accused Of Killing The Family Cat
Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica police are reporting the arrest of a suspect accused of killing the family cat. According to officials, 18-year-old Marcus Cacilhas allegedly drowned his mother’s cat in the bathroom sink. His mother told police that she found the cat wrapped in a towel in the bathroom. After an investigation police officially charged Cacilhas with a felony; Aggravated Cruelty to Animals. The suspect will answer the charge at a later date in Utica City Court.
