Utica, NY (WIBX) - Police say another domestic dispute incident in Utica involved two men. 28 year old Michael Camp landed a spot in the county jail after turning his aggression towards law enforcement officials called to the scene. Police say when they responded to the second floor apartment of 119 Wall Street they heard a voice inside calling for help.

When they found a man on the floor bleeding from his forehead they started an investigation but say they were met with verbal and physical abuse from the suspect they subsequently arrested. Camp is charged with Harassment in the Second Degree, Obstructing Governmental Administration in the Second Degree, and Resisting Arrest. Officials say the victim found bleeding from his forehead on the floor of the apartment is Camp's roommate.
